TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICES OF THE STARCHEAP.COM WEBSITE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1.1 By using the "STARCHEAP.COM" website and/or purchasing our services, including purchases via email or messaging applications, you agree to and accept our "Terms and Conditions of Use" and all policies contained therein and/or elsewhere on the website.


1.2 Please review our terms before using the website or purchasing our services, as by purchasing any service, you automatically agree to the terms.


1.3 If you disagree with any rule described in these terms, you must immediately refrain from using our services.


2. ABOUT STARCHEAP SERVICES

2.1 The "STARCHEAP.COM" website provides digital marketing services on social media.


2.2 Our services are intended for users over 18 (eighteen) years of age, whether they are the owners of the beneficiary profile or beneficiaries. In this case, the contracting user must have a prior request from the beneficiary.


3. WARRANTIES, REPLACEMENTS, AND LIMITATIONS

3.1 For digital marketing services, the profile of the recipient of the contracted service must be set to public mode; otherwise, the contracted service will be canceled.


3.2 The contracting customer is responsible for verifying that the profile is set to public mode before contracting the service. If the service is contracted for private mode accounts, the service order will be considered completed and deducted from the customer's balance. No refunds, cancellations, or refunds are possible.


3.3 When a service is contracted, "STARCHEAP" does not guarantee its perpetuity.


3.4 External factors may affect the delivery of the contracted service. If this occurs, we will not perform replacements (hereinafter referred to as redelivery). Therefore, the full risk of loss will be borne by the contracting user.


3.5 However, if the customer chooses to purchase our services with a change option, the services will be re-provided under the contracted conditions.


3.6 On the other hand, if the customer chooses to purchase our services without a replacement option, the services will not be re-provided under the contracted conditions.


3.7 STARCHEAP does not offer replacements as a courtesy.


3.8 The quality of the services provided may vary due to external factors. Therefore, at the time of purchase, the user will have access to merely illustrative examples of the quality of the services provided that will help them reach their account. Therefore, STARCHEAP disclaims strict compliance with the standard standards.


3.9 Regarding the rules for installment or drip service provision, each service will be provided according to the time selected by the user. If there is no time between one delivery and the next, or if there is a difference from the status quo at the time of contracting, the next service contracted will be delivered based on the current status. STARCHEAP will not refund or refund contracted amounts to compensate for any differences that occur between transfers.


4. SERVICE DELIVERY

4.1 Once STARCHEAP has completed delivery of the contracted service, it will not be possible to remove it from the contracted account.


4.2 In some cases, the service may be delivered later than the contracted time. If this occurs, the user will not be charged for the extra service, but also agrees that this right cannot be waived.


4.3 After payment for the contracted services, the service will be scheduled, with no means of cancellation or refund. However, if the service is provided more than 96 (ninety-six) hours after the time specified in the service description, the user may request a refund, although the service may still be provided.


4.4 It is not possible to cancel the service contracted when the service is purchased through the panel. Cancellation will only occur in two situations: a) when the link provided is incorrect, resulting in the order being canceled and the amount being refunded to the balance; b) when there is a technical issue with the service and the order cannot be shipped, resulting in the refund being refunded to the contracting user's balance.


4.5 The average service delivery time will be specified at the time of purchase. Once the service has begun, the decision will depend on the type of service purchased and its quantity. For the vast majority of services, a decision is made in less than 3 (three) calendar days, with a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days.


5. PRICES

5.1 Each service has its own price and terms.


5.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.


5.3 STARCHEAP does not guarantee that the price of the service requested by the user will be the same at the time the credits are released.

6. PAYMENTS

6.1 Payment is made in advance through the addition of credits that can be converted into services. Credits do not expire, and there is no monthly fee.


6.2 The credit release time varies depending on the payment method, and may take several days for bank transfers made on weekends.


6.3 The customer is free to use the credits as they wish.


6.4 We currently offer four payment methods: Mercado Pago, PayPal, PushinPay, Criptocurrency and bank deposit/transfer.


6.5 If the user files a dispute or objection with Mercado Pago, PayPal, PushinPay or their credit card company, their account may be permanently suspended.


6.6 To request account reactivation, the user must close the dispute in our favor, and we may decide whether to accept the account reactivation. If the reactivation request is accepted, the next two credit additions must be made by bank deposit or transfer. After that, the user will have access to Mercado Pago, PayPal and PushinPay again.


7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Only services not provided correctly within the service term will be refunded or refunded.


7.2 Services provided incorrectly by the user will not be refunded.


7.3 Duplicate services will not be refunded.


7.4 Because these are digital services, the very nature of digital products and services precludes the application of the right of withdrawal. This does not apply to the sale of exclusively digital products and services.


7.5 Therefore, payments will not be refunded if the customer claims they regret the purchase. The customer is previously notified and aware of these terms, so they can choose not to purchase if they do not agree.


8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

8.1 STARCHEAP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these "Terms and Conditions of Use" by posting updates and modifications on the website.


8.2 Users may consult the most recent version of the "Terms and Conditions of Use" on this page.


9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1 The services provided on our website are guaranteed confidentiality. This does not apply to complaints filed on websites for this purpose.


9.2 We may make certain purchase information public, such as the link, service, quantity, and before and after screenshots of the profile. This is necessary to verify the provision of the service or to resolve any questions or complaints. Therefore, we recommend that our users use our support channel to keep order information confidential between our employees and the user.


10. APPLICABLE LAW

10.1 This agreement and the relationship between you and "STARCHEAP" will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


10.2 You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Brazil, and to waive any objections based on legal, venue, or inconvenience to such courts.
